Vibro Sifter is an equipment used for separation/screening of different grade of product particles based on the size of particles.
The principle of Vibro sifter is based on gyratory vibrations. The vibration of screen/sieve causes product travel across screen/sieve mainly produced using a motor which resulted in the separation of product particles according to its particle size.
Vibro sifter machine is consists of components such as hopper, screen/sieve structure, three-phase motor, special spring. Vibro sifter is including screens placed above the base plate which is attached to the motor. The material feed using Hooper is located at the top which is drawn directly on the screen/sieve. Due to vibration using motor and weight of material increased on screens resulted in the efficient separation of particles. Depending upon the size of particles product particles separated using the required screen/sieve size. The special spring body is used to vibrate the upper section from the base plate without vibrating the foundation of the machine.
Vibro Sifter is mainly used for screening, grading, separation (solid-solid, solid-liquid, and gas-solid separation), process to separate the desired elements and the undesired elements for reduces losses, restrain the product from by-product, remove impurities and lumps, aeration and mixing of ingredient.
