GOMA’s Cheese Stretching & Molding Machine is designed to automate and optimize the production of stretch curd cheeses while maintaining consistent quality, hygienic operation, and precision shaping. Fabricated from high-grade S.S. 304 material with a robust 5mm thick sheet, the machine ensures durability and food safety. Curd is transferred into a large container equipped with dual pendulum-like stirrers that continuously comb and mix it with hot water, delivering the desired stretch and texture. The system features a hot water-jacketed housing, inspection windows for monitoring consistency, and a vertical sliding door for easy collection of finished products.
 
The molding system integrates a hopper, a single extruding screw, and a rotating SS roller with cavities to produce uniform cheese shapes. Adjustable drive and speed controls allow dairies to maintain flexibility across varying product sizes and production requirements. Compact yet versatile, this equipment supports small and medium-sized dairies with efficient production capacity while also fitting seamlessly into large cheese processing plants.
