Fruit Crush:

Fruit Crush is prepared by addition of Sugar Syrup, Fruit Pulp & Pectin. Fruit Crush products are used for adding rich fruit flavor to the specified food items. 

Manufacturing Process:

  • Sugar Syrup Preparation Section.

  • Pectin Slurry Preparation Section.

  • Crush Base Preparation (Syrup + Pectin) with Heating & Cooling Arrangement.

  • Pulp Unloading Section with Heating & Cooling Arrangement.

  • Fruit Crush Preparation Section (Crush Base + Pulp)

  • Filling & Packaging.

Squash/ Sharbat:

A Squash/ Sharbat is a type of fruit beverage, which contains at least 25 % juice and 45 % total soluble solids. It also contains about 1 % acidity and 350 ppm Sulphur dioxide or 600 ppm sodium benzoate. It is diluted before being served. Squash/ Sharbat can be prepared from a wide range of fruits viz. mango, guava, orange, lime, litchi, papaya, pineapple, etc.

  • Extraction of Pulp/ Juice from Raw Fruit

  • Preparation of Sugar Syrup Section

  • Addition of Additives

  • Blending/ Mixing Section (Sugar Syrup + Pulp + Water + Additives)

  • Processing Section (Homogenization & Pasteurization)

  • Filling & Packing
