Rapid Mixer Granulator, Octagonal Blender & Double Cone Blender

Rapid Mixer Granulator is a multi-purpose processer suitable for high-speed dispersion of dry powders, aqueous or solvent granulation, effervescent products, and melt palletization.Granulators are used for mixing dry material at high impeller and chopper speeds for a few minutes.

Octagonal Blender is for the process of a large volume of material due to its shape. It needed less space for installation compared to another blender. This type of blender is very useful in the pharma industry where need gentle blending of ingredients is. This machine is designed hygienically & can be cleaned through the CIP system.  It needs less power compared to other blenders. Octagonal Blender is mainly suitable for Crystalline and granular type material. Available capacity from 5 kg to 5000 kg.

A double-cone blender is a type of mixer that you can use to produce a homogenous solid mixture. Widely used in food, healthcare, cosmetics & fertilizer industries. Double cone blender to homogeneously mix dry granules and powders.

Double cone mixer De-agglomeration of different solid particles into smaller and finer particles for proper and uniform mixture & also can be used for dry the wet components. Double cone blender can also be used for mixing granules, seeds, starch, coffee beans, powdered milk & baby food. All product contact part is generally SS316.
