Bottle washing/filling machines are widely used in the dairy, food, chemical, and pharma industries for filling and capping machines for water, beverages, milk, curd, yogurt lassi, buttermilk, coconut water, oral syrup, etc.
Bottle washing/filling machines are available in both rotary & linear types. The bottle sizes range from 20 grams to 500 ml, and the machine output ranges from 600 BPH to 10,000 BPH.
Working on Bottles: Washing, Filling, and capping Machine
Both rotary & linear filling machines are either mechanically operated or pneumatically operated. Pneumatic-operated bottle-filling machines are the first choice of product manufacture because of their simplicity & energy efficiency.
Both rotary & stationary machines are available in semi-automatic & automatic types. Both have the following stations:.
1. Rinsing with Air, Water & UV Treatment of Bottles before filling
2. Filling: The filling of the product is done by mechanical volumetric dosing or piston, with the possibility of hot or cold filling. The dosing system is fitted with different kinds of nozzles, depending on the viscosity of the product
3. Induction/Conduction sealing station provided with timer base &thermoregulated with safety devices
4. Date printing device on the Caps/bottles
5. Ejection of bottles from the rotary or linear bottle-filling machine to the conveyor
6. Shrink Wrapping
Machines are also equipped with devices:
1. Turn the Table for the bottle release
2. Filling with, safety devices (no Bottle, no filling)
3. Cap placing, with safety devices (No bottle, no Caps)
4. Induction/Conduction sealing (As per the application)
