Our expertise in Pumps & Systems, backed by over four decades of engineering excellence, now extends to Process Packages for the Oil & Gas industry. Building on our established manufacturing infrastructure, skilled manpower, in-house detail engineering capabilities, and EPC/LSTK and O&M project execution experience, GOMA develops engineered process systems designed to meet demanding operating requirements. Each package is engineered with a focus on reliability, process performance, integration, and long-term operational dependability, supported by our proven capabilities in engineering and manufacturing.
Gas Dehydration Units
GOMA’s Natural Gas Dehydration Units designed to remove moisture from natural gas before downstream processing, transportation, or utilization. In a typical TEG-based system, wet gas passes through an inlet separator before contacting Triethylene Glycol (TEG), which absorbs moisture from the gas. The moisture-rich glycol is then regenerated through heating and recirculated, while the dehydrated gas exits with the required moisture specification, supporting reliable operation of downstream pipelines and equipment.
Acid Gas Removal Unit.
GOMA’s Acid Gas Removal Units helps to remove acidic components such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and carbon dioxide (CO2) from natural gas before downstream processing or transportation. In a typical amine-based system, sour gas contacts an amine solution in an absorber, where the acid gases are selectively absorbed. The rich amine is then regenerated through heating and recirculated to the absorber, while the treated gas exits with reduced acid-gas content for further processing or transmission.
Three/Two Phase Separators
Two- and Three-Phase Separators is used to separate mixed process streams into their individual phases for efficient downstream processing. In a two-phase separator, the incoming stream is separated into gas and liquid, while a three-phase separator further separates the liquid into oil and water based on differences in density and settling behaviour. The separated phases are independently discharged through dedicated outlets, supporting stable flow and reliable operation of downstream equipment.
Condensate Stabilization Unit
Condensate Stabilization Units is designed to reduce the volatility of hydrocarbon condensate by removing lighter components before storage or further processing. The condensate is heated and separated in a stabilization column, allowing lighter hydrocarbons and dissolved gases to be removed as overhead vapours, while stabilized condensate is recovered from the bottom. This controlled separation helps achieve the required RVP vapour pressure and ensures safer, more reliable handling and storage.
Chemical Injection Skids
Chemical Injection Skids are designed for the controlled and precise dosing of chemicals into process, pipeline, and utility streams. The system typically comprises chemical storage, metering pumps, calibration and control components, and injection assemblies to deliver the required chemical dosage at defined flow rates and pressures. This enables consistent chemical treatment while supporting reliable operation and protection of downstream equipment and processes.
Filtration Skids
Filtration Skids are engineered process systems helps to remove suspended solids, contaminants, and unwanted particles from process streams before downstream operations. The fluid passes through selected filter elements where impurities are retained, while the filtered stream continues through the process. Designed with filtration, flow, pressure, and maintenance requirements in consideration, these skids support consistent fluid quality and reliable operation of downstream equipment.
Filter Separators
Filter Separators are designed to remove solid particles and entrained liquid droplets from gas streams before they reach downstream equipment. The incoming gas passes through filtration elements that capture fine solids and coalescing sections that separate liquid droplets, which are then collected and drained from the vessel. This staged separation helps deliver a cleaner, drier gas stream while protecting downstream equipment and maintaining reliable process operation.
Launcher Receiver Traps with QOEC
Launcher & Receiver Traps with QOEC are pipeline systems that are designed for the safe launching and receiving of pigs used for pipeline cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. The launcher introduces the pig into the pipeline, while the receiver safely captures it after completing its run. Equipped with Quick Opening End Closures (QOEC), the traps enable secure access for pig loading and removal while supporting efficient and controlled pipeline operations.
