Curd or Yoghurt Pasteurizer is utilized to heat milk to a required temperature & subsequently cool it to a required temperature, with the aid of heating & cooling media on the opposite side of the plate. Curd or Yoghurt pasteurizer follow the process of heat processing a food or a liquid to kill pathogenic bacteria to create a food safe to eat.
