2. Enquiry Handling: Understanding the product to be manufactured by customer
Working on calculations, technical aspects, process flow required to select the solution to be.
provided Coordinating with internal departments for required data and preparation of costing.
Preparation of Techno commercial quote and coordinating/follow-up with customer. Telephonic/Mail follow-up with customer for PO & commercials as per terms
Coordinating with respective departments and checking work-orders and documents after
receiving order. discussing during Kick off meeting and preparation of layouts.
Coordinating with factory-dispatch team and customer for final dispatch.
Coordinating with installation team for further installation, commissioning process, being in
contact with team and customer for completion report.
3. Branding, Promotion and Advertisement: Demonstrating & presenting the products while customer meetings.
Participating in Trade Exhibitions in various cities & States
working and assisting for sales and marketing resources such as PowerPoint presentations
and catalogue preparation.
4.Reporting, Miscellaneous work and discussions for Business Development: Reporting to HOD's and directors regarding on going work
Preparing and maintaining the reports of follow-ups, Payments, visit. Bidding the tenders, by going through its technical, commercial, and official documents.
Maintaining business relation with customer to take feedback and data.
Discussing on areas of product improvements as per market requirements.
Preparation of techno commercial comparisons.
Providing basic training/information to new joinee.
