A Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV), also called a Pressure Regulating cum By-Pass Valve, This is used on all water jetting units to divert a portion of the flow to a low-pressure outlet. Pressure is adjusted by hand adjustments, and it can be used to control pressure when the application requires a flow at the low end of the pumping unit operating pressure range.
For pressure ranges up to 500 bar we are using an automatic unloader valve, It sends pressurized water into a by-pass by cycling it from the outlet side of the pump to an inlet or water tank. This process depressurizes the water and prevents pressure from building up while the pressure washer machine is idling.
A safety valve is a valve mechanism that automatically releases fluid from a pump chamber, when the pressure exceeds pre-set limits. A Relief Valve is a secondary pressure regulating device used to back up the primary regulating device.
If the primary regulating device fails to bypass at a set system pressure, the relief valve will open and allow liquid to flow freely. A relief valve can save costly pump and system damage, and more importantly, it’s an added safety feature to protect those working around the equipment.
For Ultra High Pressures more than 10000 psi it is advisable to use Rupture Disc instead of a mechanical safety valve to have an adequate result.
High-Pressure glycerine-filled pressure gauges are ideal for dampening the effect of vibration & pulsation. It also lubricates the movement & internal parts which extends the life of the gauge. It enhances the reliability and integrity of the measuring system for long periods under extreme operating conditions.
These gauges are available in 4” & 6” dial sizes and SS MOC. Slandered gauges are with threaded end connections, in special cases, we can also offer flange mounted pressure gauges.
Digital pressure Gauge option is also available with digital display & output. We also provide Snubbers to absorb the system pressure pulses that can cause gauge fluctuations, Snubber enhances accuracy and extends the service life of the gauge.

A Hose Reel is a cylindrical spindle made of metal is used for storing a hose. The hose reels are spring driven (which is self-retracting up to 20-meter length hoses only), hand crank. Hose reels are categorized by the diameter and length of the hose they hold, the pressure rating, and the rewind method.
Flexible lances follow bends and curves in a pipe or tube, allowing total cleaning coverage. Flex lances can accommodate either tube or pipe cleaning nozzles, to clean pipes and tubes of various diameters.

A needle valve is a type of valve which can be used to regulate the flow of water, in a water jetting system, The unique feature of the value is the inclusion of a small plunger, with a shape akin to a needle, this is often used as isolation valve if we need to regulate pressure in by-pass mode.
The conventional stationary sold and flat jet nozzles are being used for surface cleaning.
The orifice size of the nozzle determines the operating pressure of the pump. As a thumb rule, the smaller the orifice, the greater the restriction of water flowing through the machine. This causes the pressure to increase. Choosing a nozzle with too large of an orifice will reduce operating pressure.
There are a variety of nozzles for different applications up to 20,000 PSI which are available as follows:
Straight Nozzle:
For surface cleaning, cutting and general applications.
Fan Jet Nozzle:
For surface cleaning where layer is soft and to rapidly clean large areas. The jets usually have an angle from 300 to 600.
Rotary jet Nozzles:
Rotary jet nozzles are speed-controlled rotary shotgun tools. These lightweight tools adapt to any high-pressure pump and are simple to maintain. It is excellent for difficult and irregular surfaces, where an operator using a hand-held tool can more efficiently maneuverer the cleaning head.
Our leak-free seal design and centrifugal speed control deliver more power to the surface for superior results. We recommend four-port heads for the removal of light or thin deposits and two-port heads for the removal of thick deposits. Barracuda & self-rotary tools eliminate the need for expensive compressed air drives. They are available in 15k, 22k, and 40k psi models.
Barracuda:
It is a speed-controlled rotary shotgun tool designed for speeds ranging from 1000 to 2000 rpm, making it ideal for cleaning thick, hard-to-remove materials like coke or rubber. The Barracuda can be used on automated and hands-free equipment.

Banshee:
It is the industry standard for exchanger cleaning. High-pressure water acts as a liquid bearing, eliminating ball bearings, seals, or lubricant used in conventional rotary tools. Each tool is easily configured to suit any tube cleaning application by choosing from a variety of replaceable heads and inlet options.

Badger:
It is a self-rotating swivel designed for cleaning 2–4 in. (51–102 mm) pipes with bends and long radius elbows, such as U-tubes and process lines. The latest design includes a spring-loaded pin that ratchets the head to machined edges on the shaft. Therefore, the head can only be removed with a special head removal tool and not while in operation.

Personal Protective Equipment for Ultra high-pressure water blasting.
Water blasting involves water jets of up to 40 000 psi (sometimes higher) such pressure can cause potentially life-threatening injuries to personnel. Therefore it is critical to equip your staff with a full-body P.P.E safety suit that is strong enough to withstand ultra-high pressure water blasts, yet light enough to not hinder the movement of the user.

Descaling Header:
The scale on steel surface is being produced due to oxidation of base material during re-heating of the billet/plate. To prevent this scale layer from fusing into base material during the rolling process, a High-pressure De-scaling system is used. The hard scale gets loosened when a High-pressure descaling water jet strikes the surface between scale and base material with very high pressure through strategically placed descaling nozzles at different angular positions causing cooling of scale. The loosened scale is washed away with high-pressure water.
Flow Diversion Valve (FDV):
Goma offers pilot operated, pneumatic controlled flow diversion valve for loading and unloading pump pressure during descaling application.
Suction strainer & filter is infused with a deft technology to remove unwanted particles from a liquid or gas across diverse industries in the market.
The function of filters in a pump system is to maintain fluid cleanliness. Given that the objective of maintaining fluid cleanliness is to gain maximum service life from the pump components, the suction line is among them.
Suction Strainer is designed for installation into suction lines of pumps, filtration ratings of 80 or 125 microns. These strainers are available in 'Y' or 'T' type of design. All type strainers are available with end connection as flanged OR screwed and as per particular requirement.
Suction isolation valves normally are a butterfly OR gate valve as desired by the customer. These valves will be operated when the pump is not in operation, at the same time one needs to make it sure that this valve is open before starting of the high-pressure pump.
