Goma offers a fully automatic reactor cleaning system for the paint and chemical industry.
Systems comprising a high-pressure horizontal, triplex, single-acting reciprocating pump driven by an electric motor along with suction & discharge piping as per a specific requirement, a suction tank, suction pump flexible hoses, a rotating nozzle with that carriage, a hose reel, a PLC control system, and cleaning accessories as per our standard design to meet the following flow rate and discharge pressure.
Maximum working pressure: 600 Kg/cm2
Maximum Discharge flow rate: 200 LPM
The system is fully automatic, PLC-controlled, and can be hooked up to an existing PLC system.
There is no manual intervention, and the total cleaning process can be achieved in 20–30 minutes, depending on the size of the reactor. Reactors up to 30 KL can be cleaned.
